Job Duties:
Support and conduct robust and efficient disease phenotyping assays in research fields and greenhouses.
Work environment varies from greenhouse and field with exposure to high heat/cold weather.
Capable of standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and squatting for several hours at a time to inoculate and evaluate plant diseases in the field and greenhouses.
Strong learning, planning, organizing, time management, and problem-solving skills across widely varied development activities.
Able to work individually and in a team setting.
Occasional travel and overnight stays.
