This position will coordinate programs and services connecting students to Carleton-affiliated industry resources as part of the career discovery, preparation, and attainment process.
The Program Director for Alumni and Parent Engagement will have numerous responsibilities in the areas of volunteer management, program management, and professional development support.
Identify, oversee, and steward strategic volunteer efforts of alumni and parents across Career Center initiatives, coordinate career engagement initiatives connecting students to alumni and parents as career exploration resources, and provide career development services to assist seniors with their transitions to alumni.
