30 AM-7:
00 PMTwo call weeknights per week and one call weekend month, must be able to report within 45 minutes of callRDMS - ARDMS registration in Abdomen or OB/GYN or ARDMS Registry eligible and completion within 6 months of hireRVT - ARDMS registration in Vascular or RVS - ARRT registration in vascular or completion of RVT/RVS within one year of hir#Tier2 Travel ComplianceSSNDOB RTO Can sub to multiple jobsMN License (required at time of submission) Local Rules (locals accepted at the same rate as Travel)Copy of Certifications, please include nursysReturn Staff Policy - no set policy on thisTrailblazer Staffing Solutions Job ID #21999398.
