The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front lobby, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring that all staff members have the resources they need to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additionally, they should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and staff.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Organize meetings and events.
Ensure the safety and security of the office premises.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Oversee the daily operations of the office.
